Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for the IFF Directorate to lead production programs and platform integration across multiple platforms. You will manage cost, schedule, and technical execution while coordinating with customers and teams to secure new business.

This onsite Aberdeen, MD role emphasizes leadership, DoD/OEM experience, and strong communication. The position requires managing complex programs, delivering proposals, and maintaining strong relationships with customers

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience leading multi-disciplined teams and winning contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 7 years.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• PM experience for programs valued up to $25M.
• Experience in defense/aerospace with DoD or OEMs.
• Experience in development programs and capture/proposals.
• Ability to initiate and sustain positive customer relationships.
• Proficient in EVMS/IMP/IMS and risk management processes.
• Experience managing CPFF, FFP, DCS, FMS contracts.
• Willingness to travel ~25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of products and services from inception to delivery and support.
• Chair the Program Management Team and ensure cost, schedule, and performance targets.
• Act as the face of the organization to clients and customers.
• Manage P&L for a defined value stream within the business portfolio.
