Job summary

Leidos seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead network capability delivery for the US Air Force in a high-visibility, security-conscious environment. You will own program cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction while interfacing with the program office, partners, and mission stakeholders.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance and proven experience managing complex, classified programs with cross-functional teams. Travel may be required to support engagements and reviews.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph.
• 12+ years of program management with full cost, schedule, and technical accountability.
• Experience with Cloud/Edge computing, networks, C4ISR, cybersecurity.
• Experience executing programs in classified environments with security constraints.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for program execution (cost, schedule, baseline, risk, quality, satisfaction).
• Lead delivery of network capabilities including design, deployment and integration of global infrastructure.
• Manage the program financial baseline, including EAC/ETC, monthly reviews, variance analysis, funding and staffing, and AOP commitments.
• Communicate with leadership, employees, peers, and customers to ensure transparency of goals, risks, and outcomes.
• Own risk and opportunity management, including mitigation planning and escalation of issues.
• Lead with a focus on team cohesion, collaboration, and a high-performance culture aligned to Leidos values.
• Drive actions at execution level, removing friction and delivering outcomes fast.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across engineering, security, contracts, finance, and talent acquisition.
• Ensure program compliance with security requirements, classification guidance, and PM standards.
• Support organic growth by identifying follow-on opportunities and contributing to capture/proposal efforts.
