Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the delivery of network capabilities for the US Air Force. You will own day-to-day program execution, including cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction, interfacing with the program office and partners.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, experience in classified environments, and leadership across engineering, security, contracts, and finance to ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 10+ years.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI polygraph willingness.
• Experience managing development programs with cost, schedule, and technical accountability.
• Experience in classified environments and interfacing with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for program execution and customer satisfaction.
• Lead delivery of network capabilities including design, deployment, and integration of global infrastructure.
• Manage the program financial baseline with EAC/ETC development and reviews.
• Communicate with leadership and customers to ensure transparency of goals and risks.
• Own risk and opportunities management; escalate issues threatening outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional Leidos teams to maximize mission and business results.
