Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the delivery of network capabilities for the US Air Force, interfacing with the program office, other partners, and stakeholders to ensure cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality.

This role requires a TS/SCI clearance and a track record of managing complex programs in classified environments, coordinating across engineering, security, contracts, and finance to achieve mission outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field with 12+ years of relevant experience; Master's with 10+ years acceptable.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance; willingness to obtain CI polygraph and program access if asked.
• Proven success managing development programs with full cost, schedule, and technical accountability.
• Familiarity with Cloud and Edge Computing, Networks, Tactical Communications, Data Management, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, and C4ISR.
• Experience in classified environments with security constraints and accredited development enclaves.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence diverse stakeholders including customers and leadership.
• Experience interviewing, hiring, staffing, and leading multi-disciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of accountability for program execution, including cost, schedule, technical baseline, risk, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead delivery of network capabilities including design, deployment and integration of global infrastructure.
• Manage the program financial baseline, including EAC/ETC development, monthly financial reviews, variance analysis, funding and staffing plans, and AOP commitments.
• Communicate clearly with leadership, employees, peers, and customers to ensure transparency and shared understanding of goals, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Own risk and opportunity management, including mitigation planning and escalation of issues threatening cost, schedule, or mission outcomes.
• Lead with a focus on team cohesion and a high-performance culture aligned to Leidos values.
• Demonstrate a bias for action, engaging at the point of execution to remove friction and deliver outcomes quickly.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Leidos-engineering, security, contracts, subcontracts, finance, and talent acquisition.
• Ensure program compliance with security requirements, classification guidance, and program management standards.
• Support organic growth by identifying follow-on and adjacent opportunities and contributing to capture efforts.
• Travel as required to support engagements and reviews.
