Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead delivery of critical network capabilities for the US Air Force, interfacing with the program office and partners. You will own cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality while guiding execution across global infrastructure and security constraints.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, experience with classified environments, and a proven track record in managing complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with 12+ years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Currently possess an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance. Willing to obtain CI polygraph and program access if asked.
• Demonstrated success managing development programs with full cost, schedule, and technical accountability.
• Familiarity with Cloud and Edge Computing, Networks, Tactical Communications, Data Management, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, and C4ISR systems integration.
• Experience executing programs within classified environments, including working within security constraints and accreditation requirements.
• Experience briefing senior stakeholders with strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to analyze, solve, and execute complex technical and business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for program execution (cost, schedule, technical baseline, risk, quality, customer satisfaction).
• Lead delivery of network capabilities, including design, deployment and integration of global infrastructure.
• Manage program financial baseline, including EAC/ETC development, monthly reviews, variance analysis, staffing plans, and AOP commitments.
• Communicate clearly with leadership, employees, peers, and customers to ensure transparency of goals and outcomes.
• Own risk and opportunity management, including mitigation planning and escalation of issues.
• Lead with a focus on team cohesion, collaboration, and a high-performance culture aligned to Leidos values.
• Engage at the point of execution to remove friction, drive decisions, and deliver outcomes quickly.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate capabilities and maximize mission and business outcomes.
• Ensure program compliance with security requirements, classification guidance, and Leidos standards.
• Support growth by identifying follow-on opportunities and contributing to capture/proposal efforts.
