Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the delivery of network capabilities for the US Air Force, interfacing with the customer’s program office, other partners, and mission stakeholders. The role oversees cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality, traveling as needed to support engagements and reviews.

Responsibilities include managing the program baseline, communicating with leadership, and driving a high-performance culture aligned to Leidos values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 10+ years; additional years may substitute for a degree.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance; ability to obtain CI polygraph and program access if asked.
• Experience managing development programs with full cost, schedule, and technical accountability.
• Familiarity with Cloud and Edge Computing, Networks, Tactical Communications, Data Management, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, and C4ISR systems integration.
• Experience in classified environments with security constraints and accreditation processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for program execution including cost, schedule, baseline, risk, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead delivery of network capabilities including design, deployment, and integration of global infrastructure.
• Manage the program financial baseline, EAC/ETC, monthly reviews, variance analysis, funding and staffing, and AOP commitments.
• Communicate with leadership, employees, peers, and customers to ensure transparency of goals, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Own risk and opportunity management; identify, mitigate, and escalate issues affecting cost, schedule, or mission outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional Leidos efforts to integrate capabilities and maximize mission and business outcomes.
