Job summary

Leidos seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead the delivery of network capabilities for the U.S. Air Force, owning cost, schedule and technical performance while interfacing with the program office and partners.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance and willingness to obtain CI polygraph.
• 12+ years of relevant program management experience or 10+ with Master's.
• Experience in classified environments with security constraints.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for program execution, including cost, schedule, technical baseline, risk, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead delivery of network capabilities, including design, deployment and integration of global infrastructure.
• Manage the program financial baseline, including EAC/ETC, monthly reviews, variance analysis, and staffing plans.
• Communicate clearly with leadership and customers to ensure transparency of goals and risks.
• Own risk and opportunity management, including mitigation planning and escalation.
• Lead with a focus on team cohesion and high-performance culture aligned to Leidos values.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across engineering, security, contracts, finance, and talent acquisition.
• Ensure program compliance with security requirements and Leidos management standards.
• Support growth by identifying follow-on opportunities and contributing to proposals.
