Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the delivery of network capabilities for the US Air Force, ensuring cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction. The role interfaces with the program office, industry partners, and mission stakeholders in a fast-paced, security-conscious environment.

The candidate will own day-to-day execution, drive risk management, and coordinate across Leidos engineering, security, contracts, and finance to maximize mission outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 10+ years.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI polygraph ability.
• Experience managing development programs with full cost, schedule, and technical accountability.
• Familiarity with Cloud and Edge Computing, Networks, Tactical Communications, Data Management, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, and C4ISR systems integration.
• Experience executing programs within classified environments, including security constraints and accredited enclaves.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Experience interviewing, hiring, and developing multi-disciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for program cost, schedule, technical baseline, risk, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead delivery of network capabilities, including design, deployment and integration of global infrastructure.
• Manage the program financial baseline, including EAC/ETC development, reviews, and staffing plans.
• Communicate goals, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to leadership and customers.
• Own risk and opportunity management, including mitigation and escalation of issues.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture aligned to Leidos values.
• Demonstrate bias for action and drive decisions to deliver outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across engineering, security, contracts, finance, and talent acquisition.
• Ensure program compliance with security requirements and standards.
• Support growth through capture/proposal efforts and recompete opportunities.
• Travel as required.
