Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of DoD or national security program experience, or equivalent.
• Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary defense programs.
• 4+ years of supervising or leading teams or projects.
• Experience supporting C4ISR, SATCOM, cyber, intelligence, cloud, or defense technology programs.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance within contractual requirements.
• Active Top Secret security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of program execution including cost, schedule, technical performance, staffing, and risk management.
• Serve as primary point of contact for government customers and senior stakeholders.
• Develop and execute program management strategies to support mission objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, cybersecurity, logistics, and acquisition.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, staffing plans, and resource allocation.
