Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead delivery of network capabilities for the US Air Force. You will own day-to-day program execution, including cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction, interacting with the program office, industry partners, and mission stakeholders.

Responsibilities include managing the financial baseline, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring security compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 12+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 10+ years.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph.
• Experience managing development programs with cost, schedule, and technical accountability.
• Experience briefing senior stakeholders with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with Cloud, Networks, Data Management, Cybersecurity, and defense systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Own program execution including cost, schedule, baseline, risk, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead delivery of global network capabilities and infrastructure deployment.
• Manage program financials including EAC/ETC and annual operating plan.
• Communicate with leadership and customers to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Identify risks and opportunities, mitigate issues, and drive timely decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, security, contracts, and finance.
• Ensure compliance with security requirements and program management standards.
• Support growth via follow-on opportunities and capture efforts.
