Job summary

Leidos seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead DoD/National Security programs, ensuring successful delivery of mission-critical capabilities. You will interface with government leaders, manage dispersed teams, and oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance while upholding security policies.

The role requires a top-level clearance, strategic planning, and strong communication skills to drive customer engagement and program execution across complex domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years of DoD or national security program management experience
• Experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary defense programs
• Proven ability to supervise 4+ years of teams or projects
• Experience with C4ISR, SATCOM, cyber, intelligence, cloud, or defense technology programs
• Ability to travel to support customer and program activities
• Active Top Secret security clearance required

Responsibilities

• Lead program execution including cost, schedule, technical performance, staffing and risk management
• Act as primary interface with government customers and senior stakeholders
• Develop and execute PM strategies aligned with mission objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, cybersecurity, logistics, and acquisition
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, staffing plans, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and security policies
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for mission success
• Prepare and deliver executive briefings, reviews, and status reports
• Coordinate with subcontractors and partners for integrated execution
• Support business growth, capture activities, and strategic planning
