Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead execution of a complex government program, guiding contract performance, customer engagement, and technical progress. You will interface with Government leadership and Leidos executives to ensure successful delivery of cost, schedule, and performance objectives.

You will shape program strategy, manage budgets and resources, and lead multidisciplinary teams across workstreams, while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and ICD 801 policies.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree; additional years may substitute for degree.
• Minimum 10 years of Program/Project Management experience.
• Experience with requirements analysis, resource allocation, and schedule management.
• Experience managing funds and resources using EVM or similar methods.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and multi-task contracts.
• Knowledge of FAR/ DFARS/ DoD 5000-series and ICD 801 policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of contract execution to meet cost, schedule, technical, and performance objectives.
• Communicate status, risks, and solutions to Government stakeholders.
• Prepare executive briefings and Government-facing reports.
• Direct program planning, staffing, budgets, and management reserves.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and subcontractors.
