Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Security Manager to provide senior-level security management support for classified government and defense programs. The role oversees security operations, personnel security, physical security, information security and program security compliance, partnering with program leadership and customers to maintain compliant, secure facilities.

The ideal candidate will have TS/SCI clearance and a track record in DoD or IC environments, with strong knowledge of NISPOM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of prior relevant experience; Master’s with 6+ years may be substituted.
• Strong knowledge of DoD, Intelligence Community, and federal government security programs.
• Experience managing security compliance programs, inspections, and incident response; active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily security operations for classified programs and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with DoD, NISPOM, ICD, and customer requirements.
• Oversee personnel security activities including clearance processing and access management.
• Develop and maintain security documentation, SOPs, and program security plans.
• Provide security training and guidance to personnel and leadership teams.
• Coordinate with government security representatives and program teams to support mission requirements.
