Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, business management, finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of real estate, project management, or program management experience.
• PMP, LEED AP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience leading program-level oversight across multiple countries in Americas.

Responsibilities

• Provide program-level oversight for a portfolio of concurrent projects across the Americas.
• Develop and execute portfolio strategies and reporting tools.
• Champion adoption of JLL technology stack and AI platforms.
• Act as trusted client advisor and manage cross-functional relationships.
• Oversee portfolio performance, risk, and delivery across the real estate lifecycle.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate project managers on a national/multi-country platform.
