Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Senior Program Manager for the Americas to oversee a multi-country real estate portfolio. You will act as a trusted advisor to the client, lead program strategy, manage budgets and risks, and champion JLL’s AI-enabled delivery platforms across the portfolio.

You will mentor project managers, coordinate regional teams, and ensure delivery excellence from site selection through closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 7+ years of real estate, project management, or program management experience.
• PMP, LEED AP or equivalent credential preferred.
• Experience providing program-level oversight across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Provide program-level governance for a portfolio of projects across the Americas.
• Develop and execute portfolio strategies and reporting tools.
• Champion adoption of JLL technology stack to drive standardization.
• Act as trusted advisor to client and lead cross-functional partnerships.
• Oversee portfolio performance, risk management and delivery across the real estate lifecycle.
