Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the delivery of real estate and construction projects across multiple US cities. You will help manage execution from initiation to completion, ensuring budgets, schedules, quality, and client expectations are met.

Required: Bachelor's in architecture/engineering/construction management or related field and 2–4 years in project management within real estate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project management or related roles within real estate industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager in overseeing all aspects of project development and execution, including budget management, schedule control and quality.
• Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Support in reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports and meeting minutes.
• Monitor project financial performance, track expenses and maintain accurate project budget records.
• Provide support to the project team by coordinating meetings, preparing presentations and assisting with project tasks.
