Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Program Manager in the United States with responsibility for leading end-to-end program delivery for Workplace Strategy initiatives. The role involves coordinating with workstream leads, developing milestones, and maintaining dashboards and risk management processes.

The position emphasizes collaboration with client leaders and senior stakeholders, weekly program-wide meetings, and proactive governance to ensure on-time, within-scope project

Responsibilities

• Continuously improve end-to-end program templates and plans for key office locations in support of clients Workplace Strategy
• Meet regularly with workstream leads to define milestones, build detailed project plans, and regularly update status documentation
• Manage program routines, reporting/dashboards, and escalation procedures
• Partner effectively across key stakeholders and program leadership to ensure alignment and smooth execution of program deliverables
• Actively manages program plans, resolving risks and issues in a timely manner
• Maintain direct relationships with client leaders and provide trusted guidance for improved outputs and team functionality
• Facilitate regular recurring meetings with leaders, discussing critical topics related to the program or projects
• Act as Program Manager, guide the team in delivering major projects for the portfolio and monitor workstream activities
• Establish and nurture relationships with project-related client workstreams and enterprise workstreams, discussing risks and action items
