Job summary

JLL seeks a Senior Program Manager for the Americas to lead program oversight of a multi-country real estate portfolio. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to regional stakeholders, directing projects across North, Central and South America with in-country PM/CM resources and global guidance.

You’ll own strategy, budgeting, risk and vendor performance, mentor project managers, and advance JLL’s technology stack—Ingenious.Build and JLL Azara—to enable data-driven decision making for the account.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, business management, finance, or related engineering field.
• 7+ years of real estate, project management, or program management experience.
• PMP, LEED AP certification or equivalent project management credential preferred.
• Proven experience providing program-level oversight and governance to a portfolio of concurrent projects across multiple countries.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate development lifecycle, approval processes and regulations, including procurement and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Provide program-level oversight and governance for a portfolio of concurrent projects across multiple countries.
• Develop and execute portfolio strategies, standardized processes, and reporting tools across programs, including capital plan creation and management.
• Champion the adoption of JLL's technology stack and AI-driven platforms across the account.
• Act as trusted advisor to the client, managing relationships and cross-functional partnerships, and leading conflict resolutions.
• Oversee portfolio performance, risk management, and delivery across the full real estate lifecycle.
