JLL is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate multi-location initiatives within the U.S. real estate portfolio.

You will manage templates, schedules, and status reports for key office sites, while tracking progress and risks to keep deliverables on schedule. You will engage stakeholders, run regular leadership meetings, guide project teams, and coordinate with Construction Lead and consultants on vendor deliverables.

Responsabilidades

• Manage program templates, detailed project plans, and status documentation for key office locations.
• Monitor projects and workstreams, identifying risks and action items to keep deliverables on track.
• Partner with client leadership and workstream leads to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
• Facilitate recurring meetings and act as a trusted advisor for program activities.
• Provide guidance and support for the team delivering major projects across the portfolio.
• Work with Construction Lead and consultants on vendor deliverables and coordination.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and roles such as Design Partner scope management and consultant selection.
