Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience applying PM concepts such as risk management, change management, EVMS, and baselining.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and frequent travel (up to 50%).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person program management training sessions to current PMs with clear learning objectives.
• Develop and adapt course materials to resonate with learners at different levels.
• Assess training effectiveness and refine content based on feedback and outcomes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to align training with organizational goals.
• Manage travel and logistics for on-site training events.
