The role blends program management leadership, service delivery technology, and technical project execution to connect delivery, strategy, and innovation.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to drive technology strategies, build SMEs for technology stacks, and advance HDR's competitive position in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture or closely related field.
• Proven leadership of complex programs in a matrix organization.
• Experience shaping technology roadmaps and service delivery programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management leadership across HDR’s Resources Business Group.
• Coordinate service delivery technology initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for program management and technology roadmap.
• Mentor and develop practitioners within the program management class.
