Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Master's degree preferred for strategic leadership roles.
• PMP Certification is desirable.
• Experience leading program management strategy or innovation initiatives.
• Strong data fluency and ability to communicate complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management business class leadership across HDR's Resources Group.
• Oversee service delivery technology and align with HDR strategy.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement technology roadmaps.
• Build a team of product SMEs for technology stacks used by service delivery classes.
• Shape the strategic plan for program management over the next 3–5 years.
