Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to drive program management services and technology strategy across HDR’s Resources Business Group (Power, Waste, and Industrial). This hybrid leadership role blends program management, service delivery technology, and project leadership to connect delivery, strategy, and innovation.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, define standards, monitor KPIs, mentor staff, and shape HDR’s technology

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
Minimum 10 years in related field and professional registration.
Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.
Ability to translate strategy into scalable programs.
Active participant in HDR employee‑owned culture.

Responsibilities

Lead Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology initiatives.
Coordinate with Service Delivery Leads and Technology Directors.
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the Resources Business Group.
Develop and implement strategic plans for program management and technology delivery.
Represent HDR in industry engagements and thought leadership.
