Job summary

HDR is seeking a senior leader to drive program management and service delivery technology within the Resources Business Group. The role blends leadership in program management with hands-on guidance on technology integration and project execution across power, waste, and industrial markets.

You will shape HDR's strategic direction for the next 3–5 years, mentor teams, and collaborate with executives to advance standards, tools, and practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience with teams and programs.
• Professional registration and related technical experience.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams.
• Works cooperatively with directors, operations and marketing managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination and advancement of program management services within HDR's Resources Business Group.
• Lead technology integration and service delivery initiatives across multiple markets.
• Partner with technology leaders to develop and implement an annual technology roadmap.
• Shape HDR's strategic plan for 3-5 years and position HDR as a marketplace differentiator.
• Mentor, train and develop practitioners within the program management class.
