HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology across HDR’s Resources Business Group (Power, Waste, and Industrial Market Sectors). This hybrid leadership role blends program management leadership, service delivery technology, and technical project execution.

You will connect delivery, strategy and innovation, work with senior leaders, shape HDR’s technology roadmap, mentor staff and advance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of experience in related field.
• Professional registration (PE/RA) is preferred.
• Experience leading diverse teams and working with senior leadership.
• Commitment to HDR values and employee-owned culture.
• Strong communication and collaboration across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead Program Management Business Class Leadership and oversee staff development.
• Direct Service Delivery Technology initiatives and strategy.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure high-quality execution across projects.
• Develop technology roadmaps and integration plans with HDR leadership.
• Mentor practitioners and drive standardization of processes and tools.
