HDR’s Resources Business Group seeks a leader to drive program management services and technology integration across Power, Waste, and Industrial sectors. This hybrid leadership role blends program management leadership, service delivery technology leadership, and project execution.

You will connect technical delivery, strategy, and innovation, working with leadership and technology teams to shape HDR’s technology roadmap and strategic direction for the next 3–5 years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture or closely related field.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Professional/Engineering registration.
• Experience managing diverse teams.
• Cross-functional collaboration with directors and leaders.
• Commitment to quality and HDR values.
• Active participant in HDR's employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coordination for HDR's Resources program management services and technology integration.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery Leads and cross-sector technology to align strategy.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure health and success of the Resources Program Management class.
• Shape HDR's strategic program management plan for the next 3–5 years and differentiate in the market.
• Develop and implement technology roadmaps and foster talent collaboration across disciplines.
