Job summary

HDR’s Resources Business Group seeks a senior leader to harmonize program management and service delivery technology across Power, Waste, and Industrial markets. This hybrid leadership role splits time between program management leadership, service delivery technology, and project execution.

You will influence strategy, mentor teams, advance technology roadmaps, and align with HDR's employee-owned culture. The compensation reflects experience and location, with a strong emphasis on delivering

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, or engineering field.
Minimum 10 years of related field experience.
Maintains professional or Engineering registration.
Experience developing and managing diverse teams.
Active participant in HDR’s employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership, coordination and advancement of program management services.
Coordinate service delivery technology within HDR’s Resources Business Group.
Shape strategic plan for program management for 3–5 years ahead.
Lead mentorship, training, and career development for practitioners.
Support recruiting, onboarding and staff retention strategies.
Monitor KPIs and ensure consistent delivery and excellence.
