Job summary

Snap Inc. seeks a Lead, Program Management for its global Small and Medium Customers (SMC) organization. You will scale the SMC operational engine by defining processes, roadmaps and governance across multiple functions, from sales to marketing and data science.

The role emphasizes collaboration, analytics and change leadership. As a senior operator, you will design and implement operating models to deliver against strategic goals, manage large programs, and drive cross-functional execution

Qualifications

BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
8+ years of experience in program management, project management, business operations or related.
Experience with Inside Sales Operations and go-to-market initiatives.

Responsibilities

Support expansion of the SMC sales channel operational engine.
Develop and manage processes to scale SMC initiatives.
Design operating models to deliver against strategic goals in large programs.
Create roadmaps, project plans, and reporting methodologies.
Design optimized workflows to enable teams’ delivery and identify scalable solutions.
Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Evolve operational metrics to drive process improvements.
Define operational solutions with tooling improvements for sales/marketing.
