Job summary

Snap Inc. in New York seeks a Lead, Program Management to scale the Small and Medium Customers (SMC) organization.

You will design operating models, roadmaps, and cross-functional programs aligned with strategic goals, guiding large-scale initiatives and partnerships to drive growth. The role requires 8+ years in program management and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, revenue operations, go-to-market strategy, growth, sales operations, or related cross-functional discipline.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the expansion of the SMC sales channel operational engine.
• Develop and manage processes that scale SMC initiatives.
• Design and implement operating models to deliver strategic goals across large-scale programs.
• Create roadmaps, project plans, change management plans, tasks and reporting methodologies.
• Design and implement optimized workflows to enable functional teams’ delivery on goals.
