Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead large-scale transformation programs for Life Insurance, Annuity, and Group Benefits clients, shaping agendas and building executive relationships.

You will oversee multi-year programs across workstreams, drive delivery with vendors, and guide organizational change, governance, and outcomes while fostering growth for EY's BTG practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12–15+ years of professional experience in consulting, insurance, enterprise technology, or business transformation.
• 8+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise transformation programs exceeding multiple workstreams, vendors, and delivery teams.
• Demonstrated success managing executive client relationships and driving business development activities.
• Experience leading large consulting teams and managing engagement financials, forecasting, and profitability.
• Proven track record of developing new business, leading pursuits, and contributing to account growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive delivery for strategic transformation programs, accountable for overall program success, governance, and client satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders, including CIOs, COOs, Heads of Operations, and Business Line Leaders.
• Lead executive steering committees and governance forums while providing thought leadership on industry trends, modernization strategies, and platform transformation.
• Direct multiple concurrent engagements and workstreams across complex client portfolios.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion and collaborate with account leadership to drive revenue growth.
