Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead large-scale transformation programs for Life Insurance, Annuity, and Group Benefits, shaping client agendas and building executive relationships.

You will direct multiple engagements, guide program governance, and drive revenue growth for the BTG practice, leveraging AI-enabled delivery and agile methods.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
12–15+ years of professional experience in consulting, insurance, enterprise technology, or business transformation.
8+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise transformation programs across multiple workstreams and vendors.

Responsibilities

Lead executive delivery for strategic transformation programs and ensure program success, governance, and client satisfaction.
Build trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, COOs, and business leaders; steer governance forums and drive modernization strategies.
Oversee architecture, data, integration, conversion, testing, change management, and implementation activities across engagements.
Drive AI-enabled delivery methods, automation, and analytics across client programs.
