Job summary

Draper, a Cambridge, MA-based, nationally recognized R&D leader, seeks a Senior Program Finance Analyst to ensure financial acumen across programs. You will support PMs, CAMs, and schedulers, applying Earned Value and related control principles to monitor cost and schedule performance.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, DoD/CAS/FAR/DFARS knowledge, and the ability to present complex data to management. Base salary ranges across US locations, with security clearance possible.

Qualifications

  • Requires 7+ years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience with EVMS and DoD programs; knowledge of CAS/FAR/DFARS.

Responsibilities

  • Provides timely and accurate metrics on schedule and cost using Earned Value.
  • Supports baseline development and creation of charge numbers and WBS.
  • Prepares EACs and time-phased estimates for program planning and reporting.
  • Develops program-level time-phased plans for revenue forecasting and budgeting.
  • Provides variance analysis and PMR/QBR inputs; supports invoicing and receivables.
