Qualifications

  • Requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline, Master's Degree preferred.
  • Experience with DoD programs and program controls is essential.
  • Strong EVMS and earned value management knowledge required.

Responsibilities

  • Provides timely and accurate metrics on schedule and cost performance using Earned Value.
  • Supports baseline development and WBS/charge numbers creation.
  • Maintains EAC processes and time-phased estimates to complete.
  • Develops variance narratives for PMRs and QBRs.
  • Provides invoicing and collection activities for customers.
