Job summary

RTX in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Finance Lead (M3) for the AOIS product line within the RFS division. This hybrid role collaborates with the Program Manager, Contracts, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive program financial management and reporting.

You will lead two analysts, prepare EACs, AOP, LRP, and IPMDAR analyses, and support Gate reviews and customer negotiations with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience analyzing data and preparing reports.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for financial analysis, reporting, documentation, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis for the AOIS programs and provide insights to management.
• Oversee two direct reports and review analyses and reports for accuracy.
• Prepare financial charts, IPMDAR analyses, and present findings for weekly and monthly reviews.
• Support monthly forecasts, AOP, LRP, and SRO planning activities.
