Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Finance Manager (M4) to lead finance for a portfolio of international and domestic programs within the CUAS business area. The role covers program controls, EACs, EV reporting, risk and opportunity management, and financial leadership across functions.

Hybrid onsite/remote with preferred locations including Andover, MA. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or advanced degree with substantial experience in program cost and control, strong communication skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Experience in program cost, schedule and/or control environment.
• Experience with Earned Value (EV) reporting.
• Experience directly or indirectly guiding teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Business Manager for LIDS International programs with responsibility for program controls, customer financial/funding reporting, quarterly EACs, EV reporting, internal financial performance reporting, financial forecast (AOP/LRP), and workforce planning.
• Support program definitization and contract negotiation activities.
• Manage a team of financial analysts, including training, assignment and career development.
