Job summary

RTX in the United States is seeking an Operations, Supply Chain & Quality (OSQ) Finance Lead for the PF&M SSBU. You will guide a team of OSQ Finance professionals, delivering financial execution, variance analyses, and KPI reporting across multiple programs.

The role requires extensive experience in EACs, program costs, and earned value management, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration across PMO and factory operations. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 10+ years, or advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Experience with EACs or similar systems and tools.
• Experience with program costs & schedules.
• Leadership on high-visibility projects.
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Be an integral team member with OSQ PF&M leadership and PMO finance.
• Lead a team of 10-12 OSQ Finance professionals focusing on operational, financial, and program metrics.
• Lead development of Quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs) for PF&M scope.
• Drive analytics, policy adherence, variance analysis and risk/opportunity assessments.
• Develop Operations Labor forecast to support monthly forecast and long-range plans.
• Align assumptions across Program Office, FP&A, OSQ Function and Factory.
• Analyze OSQ KPIs and support monthly reviews.
