Job summary

RTX is seeking a Finance lead (M3) for the Missiles Airborne and Seapower product line. You will manage a portfolio of IOT programs, drive financial planning, and deliver EACs and FP&A analyses. The role includes developing a direct report and collaborating with program teams on cost, schedule, and resources.

Work is onsite in multiple locations including MA, RI, TX, KY. A strong background in SAP/BW and MS Office is required, with US citizenship for contract access.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field and 5+ years of experience; or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to government systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and provide analysis for a IOT portfolio of programs.
• Grow and develop direct report.
• Prepare and brief finance charts for PMRs, MORs, and other reporting activities.
