Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking a Project Executive to lead our largest programs in New York, overseeing $500M+ initiatives. You will shape delivery strategy, manage P&L, and align multiple Quanta operating companies to deliver integrated projects.

The role requires extensive experience in EPC leadership, contract negotiations, and cross-functional execution, with a strong focus on safety, schedule, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in EPC or infrastructure construction.
• 5+ years in a Project Executive or senior leadership role on large programs.
• Direct responsibility for estimating, contract negotiation, engineering, procurement, construction, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery strategy from pursuit through closeout, including estimates, contracts, baselines, mobilization, execution, commissioning and start-up.
• Set and uphold a consistent program-wide safety standard, ensuring planning, staffing, and schedule decisions protect people.
• Own the program P&L, budget, forecast, productivity, cash flow, and financial reporting; lead performance reviews and provide visibility to risk and issues.
• Independently validate cost and schedule against execution requirements.
• Establish the controls and governance foundation before mobilization, including baseline, WBS, cost codes, risk register, decisions, escalation, and delegation.
• Build and lead a high-performing, integrated team across operating companies and disciplines; resolve conflicts early.
• Maintain integrated view of safety, commercial, technical, schedule, and execution risk; drive mitigation.
• Integrate engineering, procurement, construction, operations, finance, safety, training, quality, and commissioning for early execution readiness.
• Serve as primary customer contact and strategic advisor on status, constraints, and opportunities.
