Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) is seeking a Project Executive to lead our largest programs, often $500 million or more. You will shape delivery strategy, review estimates, establish baselines, and oversee execution and closeout.

The role requires guiding a cross-disciplinary team across development, engineering, procurement, construction, and safety to deliver an integrated One Quanta experience. 50% travel and onsite presence are expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive EPC or infrastructure construction experience across various sectors.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role on large multidisciplinary programs.
• Direct responsibility for estimating, contracts, engineering, procurement, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery strategy from pursuit through closeout, including baseline development and mobilization.
• Set program-wide safety standards and protect personnel involved in the work.
• Own the program P&L, budget, forecast, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Validate cost and schedule against actual execution requirements.
• Build and lead a high-performing cross-company team across disciplines.
• Provide strategic advisory to customers and align stakeholder requirements.
