Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG), a Quanta Services company, seeks a Senior Project Manager to develop, plan, and execute all contractual requirements for large-scale EPC projects exceeding $500M. You will provide on-site management, direction, and accountability to ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering or business degree or equivalent combinations of training and/or experience.
• Minimum of 15 years project management of large complex EPC projects.
• Strong customer relationship experience.
• Ability to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.
• Thorough knowledge of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc.
• Ability to supervise and lead teams and manage in a dynamic project environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate policy and mission statement.
• Supervise construction management and ensure coordination of all field activities and resource usage.
• Support and execute the Company's strategic plan including quality and safety.
• Build project teams by coordinating with department heads to fill key field staff positions.
• Oversee development and management of the Project Execution Plan and Quality Management System.
• Approve QA/QC procedures, plans and work instructions for on-site implementation.
• Serve as primary client, subcontractor, vendor, and A/E contract contact.
• Monitor construction to ensure safety, schedule, budget and specs compliance.
• Represent the company in client, subcontractor and vendor meetings.
