Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) seeks a Senior Project Manager to develop, plan, and execute all contractual requirements for a large-scale EPC project exceeding $500M. You will lead on-site management, direct field activities, and ensure alignment with company policies and mission.

The role demands 15+ years in PM of large EPC projects, strong client relations, and leadership for project teams; travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a four-year engineering or business degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum of 15 years project management of large complex EPC projects.
• Strong customer relationship experience.
• Ability to apply innovative management techniques to maximize performance.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Supervise construction management and coordinate field activities/resources.
• Oversee development and management of the Project Execution Plan and Quality Management System.
• Approve QA/QC Procedures/Plans/Work Instructions for on-site implementation.
• Primary contact for client, subcontractors, and vendors; monitor budget and schedule.
