Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to develop, plan, and execute all contractual requirements for large-scale EPC construction projects in excess of $500M. You will provide on-site management, direction, and accountability to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget alignment with company policies.

This role requires a four-year degree, 15+ years of EPC project management, and proven leadership to build effective field teams, manage client

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering or business degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 15 years of project management on large complex EPC projects.
• Strong customer relationship experience.
• Ability to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize performance.
• Thorough knowledge of construction disciplines, union agreements, cost control, scheduling and safety regulations.
• Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Supervise construction management and coordinate field activities.
• Develop and manage the Project Execution Plan and Quality Management System.
• Approve QA/QC procedures and plans for on-site implementation.
• Serve as primary client, subcontractor, vendor, and A/E contracts contact.
• Monitor project progress, schedule, budget and safety compliance.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to project sponsor.
• Lead project teams and fill key field positions.
