Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG), a Quanta Services company, is seeking a Project Executive to lead and supervise project teams from inception to completion on DB/EPC energy infrastructure projects. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, scheduling, budgeting and safety programs, administer contracts, drive client satisfaction, and mentor staff.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication across cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years in Construction Project Management with DB/EPC experience.
• Knowledge of engineering, design, construction, contracting methods.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, safety, QA/QC.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage DB/EPC teams from inception to completion.
• Direct engineering design and construction activities.
• Administer prime contracts and subcontracts.
• Ensure health, safety, and quality plans.
• Report project performance to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with customer for communication.
• Mentor junior staff.
• Oversee procurement and subcontracting.
• Prepare progress and cost reports monthly.
• Close-out projects and warranty.
