Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead design-build/engineer-procure-construct projects from inception through completion. You’ll oversee engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction management teams, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will manage primes and subcontracts, coordinate with customers, and drive project performance while mentoring junior staff and guiding risk and change control activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management, with DB/EPC projects in power delivery preferred; ability to demonstrate knowledge of materials, methods and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated DB/EPC teams from project inception through completion.
• Oversee prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders; ensure safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Plan, execute, and report on overall project performance.
• Coordinate with customers for effective communication and scheduling.
• Develop and oversee change management and cost reporting; monitor procurement status.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise Project/Assistant Project Managers.
