Qualifications

• 12+ years EPC or infrastructure construction experience.
• 5+ years in Project Executive or senior leadership on large programs.
• Direct responsibility for estimating, contracting, engineering, procurement, construction and controls.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of scheduling, cost control, forecasting, contracts and change management.
• Strong business and commercial acumen for pursuits and negotiations.
• Ability to lead across organizational boundaries and align multiple companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery strategy from pursuit through closeout, including baseline development and mobilization.
• Set program-wide safety standards and protect workforce during planning and execution.
• Own the program P&L, budget, forecast, cash flow and reporting; communicate risk clearly.
• Challenge productivity assumptions and validate cost/schedule against execution needs.
• Establish baseline, WBS, cost codes, risk register and delegation of authority.
• Build and lead a high-performing, integrated team across disciplines and entities.
• Maintain an integrated view of risk and drive timely mitigations.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, operations, finance, safety and quality.
• Serve as primary customer contact and strategic advisor on status and opportunities.
• Develop future leaders through staffing, coaching and stretch assignments.
