Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to develop, plan, and execute all contractual requirements of a large-scale EPC project exceeding $500M. You will provide on-site management, direction, and accountability for project success, aligning with company policies and the mission.

Responsibilities include leading project objectives, coordinating field activities, managing budget and schedule, and serving as the primary client contact.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering or business degree or equivalent combinations of training and/or experience.
• Minimum of 15 years project management of large complex EPC projects.
• Strong customer relationship experience.
• Ability to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and carry out project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate policy and mission statement.
• Supervise construction management and ensure proper coordination of all field activities and resource usage.
• Support the Company's strategic plan, goals and ideas including quality, safety, client relations and subcontractor relations.
• Build project teams by coordinating with department heads to fill key field staff positions.
• Oversee development, implementation and management of the Project Execution Plan and Quality Management System.
• Approve QA/QC Procedures/Plans/Work Instructions for on-site implementation.
• Primary contact for client, subcontractors, vendors, and A/E Contracts.
• Monitor and control construction to ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Represent the Company during client, subcontractor, and vendor meetings.
