Centene Corporation in the United States is seeking a Program Manager IV to lead enterprise-wide programs and complex cross-functional projects. You will oversee planning, execution, and governance, with hands-on support to matrixed teams and the ability to present executive updates.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years in program or project management, and experience leading cross-functional teams. PMP or PgMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience required.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large scale projects required.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools required.
• Healthcare/managed care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large scale, cross functional projects for implementation or process improvement.
• Oversee all aspects of program planning, management, and execution (scope, schedule, budget).
• Drive large scale projects by coordinating multiple project managers/business analysts.
• Collaborate on dashboards and exec level reports for updates and status.
• Create and deliver training information to indirect reports and peers.
• Prepare and deliver documents for Program Steering Committees to the Executive team.
• Proactively manage risk, budget/forecast, dependencies, and strategic analysis.
• Serve as first escalation point for project issues and risks; communicate solutions.
