Job summary

Centene is seeking a Program Manager IV to lead enterprise-scale programs, directing cross-functional teams and delivering complex initiatives. You will craft executive-level updates and ensure alignment with strategic objectives across departments.

Remote work within the continental United States is supported, with emphasis on governance, risk management, and effective stakeholder communication. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of PM experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and proficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's degree preferred.
8+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools.

Responsibilities

Lead large scale, cross functional projects for implementation or process improvement with senior leadership involvement.
Oversee project planning, management and execution including scope, schedule, and budget.
Create dashboards and reports for executive updates and analytics post-implementation.
Provide training materials and share best practices with indirect reports and peers.
Prepare documents for Program Steering Committees and communicate risks to leadership.
Manage risks, budgets, dependencies and strategic analysis of opportunities.
Serve as escalation point for issues, coordinating with project teams to mitigate risks.
