Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Director to oversee overall management of assigned client relationships and coordinate governance of partnerships. The role includes providing program oversight, developing KPIs, and unifying service delivery to provide a seamless customer experience.

The position requires 10+ years in program management, 5+ years in CFR Part 11-compliant pharmaceutical projects, and 3+ years in account management. PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience delivering customer-impact projects.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/regulated CFR Part 11 projects.
• 3+ years in Account Management/Client Relationship Management.
• Background in Clinical Research and technology preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to communicate cross-functionally.
• Ability to lead through influence and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual operational plans, reports and executive briefs for customer programs.
• Schedule and manage periodic client governance meetings as defined per client.
• Manage SLAs, governance agreements and required reporting for clients.
• Set objectives and track progress, setbacks and performance.
• Coordinate and oversee cross-functional staffed programs and partnerships.
• Provide strategic vision and leadership for WCG client programs.
