Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to oversee analytics, reporting, and operational execution for the Tandem Behavioral Health Care program (Tandem Care) based in The Villages, FL. The role partners with clinical and operational leaders and drives end-to-end ownership of performance management and strategic initiatives.

The candidate will design dashboards, manage program performance, and collaborate with EMR and analytics teams to deliver data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. health care administration, business administration, social work)
• 5+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations, including health-related product, IT, analytics
• 5+ years of cross-functional translation tooling experience (e.g., between clinical leadership and product development)
• Experience in developing performance dashboards and metric definitions with analytics teams
• Excellent collaboration capabilities and high EQ; integrator across stakeholders
• Must reside in a CenterWell/Conviva market location

Responsibilities

• Own and execute analytics related to program performance (access, clinical quality, cost, budgets, forecasts, KPIs)
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to measure program performance and support executive reporting
• Own program reporting and communicate impact and performance to leaders
• Collaborate with EMR product team and analytics to define metrics and integrate data
• Own business partnership and design input for technical products
• Establish relationships with strategic stakeholders to support program implementation and adoption of new strategies
• Manage special projects for the National BH Director as needed
